Özet:
Bu çalışmada; ekonomik durumunun bozulması nedeniyle borçlarını ödeyemeyen veya ödeme tehlikesiyle karşı karşıya olan borçlunun alacaklıların çoğunluğu ile anlaşarak borçlarını ödeme ve bu şekilde iflastan kurtulma olarak tanımlanan konkordato müessesinin mahkeme sürecindeki tasdik aşaması incelenmiştir.

Abstract:
This paper consists the subject of debt restructuring which provides the debtors who loses the dept payment abilities due to the economic disruption by negotiating with payees. Debtors have a chance to avoid bankruptcy with this mechanism. This study underlines especially the certification process of debt resutructuring in the commercial court of first instance.
