Abstract:
The competence of human resources who conduct business activities, their commitment to business and organization and their sense of responsibility have great significance in order to attain the strategic targets of businesses effectively and efficiently. Rising the effectiveness of human resources in business activities, generating the commitment to business and organization and the existence of sense of responsibility are all significant factors in increasing corporate performance. Within the study, training and developmental programs which have significant role in the performances of managers and workers are going to be focused and their significance in terms of corporate performance is going to be inquired. The factors which generate the commitment of workers to business and organization and their responsibilities are going to be inquired.
