Abstract:
Retail industry has become a sector like compelling and full of opportunities as a result of the new formats of stores which come up with the increasing numbers of retailer chains for the last twenty years and different consuming habits from each other and existence of consumers having different incomes. In the retail industry where competition is very dense, the only way to succeed is to meet the expectations and desires of consumers and to make a difference. After decision of place of retailers, decisions of order and design reveal a very important element for stores to develop constant competition advantage as well as decision of place. Thus, in this study, creating a proper image for the store in the chosen right place and elements of store layout and design to increase place performance will be mentioned detailly.
