Abstract:
The world has entered a phase where environmental sustainability is widely acknowledged, and maybe all sectors are restructuring, thanks to the pandemic of 2020. Companies are attempting to substitute cyclical economic development for linear economic growth. Examining the effects of sustainability, the European Green Deal, marketing, and the automotive sector is the goal of the research in this context. The qualitative research is analyzed using the automobile sector as an example. The research indicates that the Green Deal, which aims to reduce gas emissions by 2050, has an impact on certain nations, particularly those that are candidates for membership in the European Union. It has been concluded that the electric car market will grow rapidly throughout the automotive industry and in Turkey, and the demand for autonomous driving and high safety technologies will also increase.
