Abstract:
With this study, it has been tried to understand how the narcissistic personality traits affect the decision processes in terms of the managers who are in charge of decision making authority and responsibility, by evaluating the increasing human personality within the scope of the organizations. As a research method, questionnaire was used from primary data collection techniques. Decision Processes Scale and Narcissistic Personality Inventory were used to collect data in the study. The universe of the research is business students who are continuing their education in Turkey. The sample group was determined as business students who are continuing their education in Aydın province for ease of implementation and applied to a total of 317 persons. A comparative analysis of the data obtained about the narcissistic personality traits of the business students was made by using the cross-table method. The results of the analysis revealed that there is a significant relationship between decision making processes and subscales of narcissistic personality traits.
