Abstract:
This research is aimed increasing educational quality and student’s academical success in universities educational centers thanks to establish social competence of managers. Thus, educational organizations’ fertility could be increased with solving social problems in educational centers which support life-long learning. Population of this study is employees of universities educational center and sample is become employees of Marmara University Continuing Educational Center (MUCEC) and Distance Educational Center(DEC). These employees made a survey -which measures satisfaction about manager competence, organizational comminication, loyality, coherence and working condition- is five scale and Likert type. All surveys evaluate with SPSS software and this study includes these findings, frequency and percent table. As a result, productivity can be increased with managers arrangement on formal and informal rules ,which are detected lacking, make allowance for social relationships.
