Abstract:
Unable to participate adequately in social life of people with disabilities which is one of the most fundamental rights to travel and to be engage in tourism activities. In this directionthe mobility of persons with disabilities are supportive both of all businesses involved in the tourism sector and states should be taken a number of measures and are expected to make an impact in facilitating their presence in tourism activities. With this study perhaps the most disadvantaged structures ofmentally disabled personin all types of disabilities, that is aimed to be reveal of mentally disabled’sholiday experience of all barriers aredefining.This study has reached 371of the mentally disabled and their families who are living in Isparta.As a result of implemented surveys, it was determined that the families of the mentally disabled have low level of monthly income and education level, also in the research has been identified that the mentally disabled could not be found an active role in the tourism activities.Most targeted group who prefer to go to holiday in Antalya that has been shown to they have been effective by advice of spouse and friends to decided to take holidays.
